RETURN POLICY
At Bedgasm Sleepwear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. With this in mind, we have created a return policy that allows you a 7-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. However, to be eligible for the return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the item.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at care@bedgasmsleepwear.in as soon as possible. Once we accept your return request, you will need to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that we will not accept any items sent back to us without a prior return request.
All products must be received by us within 15 days from the date of delivery to be considered for returns or exchanges. Kindly include your Name and Order ID on the return shipment to ensure that we can process your request efficiently. All refunds will be processed as per the "Refunds" section below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An unpacking video of the package is necessary for evaluation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are non-returnable. Personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not accept returns for products on sale and gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain the desired item is by returning the original item and making a new purchase once the return has been approved and store credit has been issued.
Please send the package back to us for exchanges. We are unable to cover reverse shipment charges, and the exchange process may take up to 10-15 working days to complete.
- Note 1: Customized orders will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
- Note 2: Processing and shipping of customized orders may require up to 10 working days.
Shipping & Express Shipping
We as a seller cannot interfere with courier companies' policies or speed up any packages. We can request the courier companies for expedited services, but if the package is delayed by the courier, Bedgasm Sleepwear cannot be held liable for any reason if the orders are not delivered in time. Estimated delivery dates are provided as per the courier company's schedule. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We work closely with couriers to ensure prompt delivery but cannot guarantee exact dates.
Cancellation
Please note that cancellation of any order is only possible prior to the initiation of shipment. If you have made a prepaid order and decide to cancel it, the amount will be refunded to your Store Wallet. Once the shipment has been initiated, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
- Note: Customized orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as store credits, which can be used exclusively on our website and have a validity period of 365 days.
If you encounter any difficulties using your store credits, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
International Shipping
The prices displayed do not include taxes, duties, or other charges that may be levied by the government for the import or export of goods. The customer is responsible for settling any such charges. Disputes arising from unpaid duties, taxes, or other charges are to be settled by the customer.
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
- Note 1: If a package is returned due to the unavailability of the consignee or any other reason, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
- Note 2: All disputes will be exclusively governed by the jurisdiction of Indore (M.P) only.
Additional conditions
Any and all orders placed via WhatsApp, Instagram, offline, or any other method must adhere to the policies outlined above.
We systematically oversee and record various forms of communication, including calls, messages, and WhatsApp, for training and other purposes. Upon making a purchase with us, whether through online or offline channels, customers implicitly consent to abide by the terms and conditions outlined on our website.
